# Privacy Policy

## Information Collection and Use

We store some data provided by you through commands, including but not limited to:

1. **Text content** and **image UR**L for Suzuka welcome and goodbye system. You can access these data anytime in your server, edit or delete them. Additionally, you can request to delete these data by joining Suzuka's Support server from the help command.
2. **Custom prefix, AR** and **server config** **data**. We can't store these data without your consent, as these provided by you. Custom prefix and other server config data can be viewed, edited or deleted by you anytime. Additionally, if you fail to delete them, you can join Suzuka's Support server and request a data deletion.
3. **Giveaway**, **profile** and **storyboard data.** We store giveaway data when you create a giveaway. We use the saved data later to resume the giveaway after restart and re-rolling the giveaway winner. You **can't** view, edit or delete giveaway data. Although you can view and edit profile and storyboard data at anytime, you can't delete them. To **delete** these data you need to join Suzuka's Support server and request a data deletion.
4. **Reminder data.** We store your reminder data in our database when you create a reminder. You can view, edit or delete these data anytime. Additionally, if you fail to delete them, you can join Suzuka's Support server and request a data deletion.
5. Your **shop title and description.** We store your shop title and description when you provide them. You can view or edit these data anytime. To **delete** these data you need to join Suzuka's Support server and request a data deletion.

### Usage of Third-Party Service

We use third-party service for Imgur, Google Translate, Google search and AI.
